Struggling with knee pain?

My 60-second advice (that works often!) ☝️

It happens a lot…I’ll get a new client who is experiencing knee pain and thinks it has to do with their running form.

And before I even look at their running form…I ask them to perform a few specific stretches and then go for a short jog.

And more often than not…they experience immediate relief and/or reduced knee pain.
