IT SEEMS KINDA IMPOSSIBLE UNTIL YOU DO IT 😳

On May 6, 1954, Roger Bannister ran the first official sub-4-minute mile (3:59.4). 🏃💨

46 days later, John Landry, broke Bannister’s record with a time of 3:58.

Within a year, several more milers ran under 4 minutes.

Why??

Because on that Spring day in 1954, Bannister created a road map for sub-4-minute miles.

And once someone has a road map they can follow, they tend to believe they can make it and arrive at their destination quicker than they would without a map.

That is what I help goal-driven runners do.

I provide form, training and mindset road maps for you to follow to build your confidence and speed up your run times.

Contact me if you are ready to turn your “kinda impossible” running goals into “DONE.” 👊

Run faster,
