My PASS YOUR PFT program.
My PASS YOUR PFT program helps candidates unleash their hidden speed and instantly improve their sprint and long-distance run times.
It is also designed to help candidates avoid injuries and have a clear test strategy, so that they are healthy and confident on test day.
The first part of the PASS YOUR PFT program consists of foundational RUN FASTER NOW skill training.
The skill training is available in-person in Los Angeles and online. There are three parts:
- Part one: Gain INSTANT speed by making your running form and biomechanics more efficient.
- Part two: Strengthen your speed muscles to supercharge your sprints and extend your running distances.
- Part three: Run confident and strong using powerful mental drills to push through pain and fatigue and get the most performance out of your body at any given time.
By learning these foundational RUN FASTER NOW skills, you’ll be set-up to get the best results out of your custom training plan, your PFT and your academy and/or bootcamp fitness training.
The second part of the PASS YOUR PFT program is your custom training plan.
Your custom training plan includes sprint and long-distance running training, some strength training, and push-ups and sit-ups training (if your test requires them).
Why?!
Because I want you to pass the ENTIRE test, not just the runs!
And I want you to PASS as soon as possible!
Everything in the plan is based on your specific fitness level and the goals you want to achieve, so you don’t have to think about what to do to pass. I tell you EXACTLY what to do…when to do it and how fast you need to go.
