Hoping your injury will just go away while your training is unrealistic and likely to make it worse…

I know you have big goals and you’ve trained hard to achieve them…

But your injury is a result of a problem…

A problem that your body has right now…

And if you do not address your problem forthwith…

It will become a bigger problem that can wreck your future running and racing plans…

So be the smart and disciplined runner that you are and…

Listen to your body, work your recovery plan and/or consult with a sports medicine doctor.
