Do you need to pass a physical fitness test (PFT) in order to get that law-enforcement or military job you want?

Working with a personal trainer makes a lot of sense to build up your functional strength, but you should not count on them to help you pass your actual fitness test if it includes running.

Even if you run at every session with your trainer, that does not mean that you are running efficiently and accessing your true top speed potential.

If fact, I’ve found that personal trainers (who do not specialize in helping people run faster) tend to give non-scientific and effort-sabotaging advice (unknowingly, of course) to PFT candidates.

And when candidates finally realize that their trainers are not going to get them where they want to go on the timeline that they need, a panicked “PFT help” Google search usually leads them to me, a PFT Specialist and Run Faster Coach, for virtual or in-person coaching in Los Angeles.

For over 10 years, I have been helping military and law-enforcement candidates of all abilities pass and score higher on their physical fitness tests. I have taken their experiences and my expertise to build a simple, powerful system that’s puts candidates on the fast-track to passing.

My Pass Your PFT system includes foundational Run Faster Coaching and custom, step-by-step training plans that require the least amount of work you can do to get the results you want.

The testimonials speak for themselves.

So, if you are not getting the PFT progress you want from your personal trainer, I invite you to contact me at GreenRunnerLA.com so we can supercharge your results—AND PASS YOUR PFT!

Cheers to you running and passing faster,
